In the realm of personal transformation, embracing one's intuitive gifts can be a profound catalyst for healing and self-discovery. I am Kiersten Hathcock, a furniture designer turned medium, and author of "Little Voices." At the age of 36, I embarked on an unexpected journey that not only altered my perception of reality but also led me to a deeper understanding of self-worth and healing.

My story began in Ohio, where I cultivated a passion for carpentry, eventually leading to an appearance on "Shark Tank" as a self-taught furniture designer. However, amidst this creative journey, I encountered a profound shift—I began seeing and hearing the spirits of deceased children. Initially skeptical, I grappled with accepting these mediumship abilities. Over time, trusting my intuition became pivotal, guiding me through personal and professional challenges.

Embracing these gifts unearthed suppressed childhood traumas, compelling me to confront and heal from past abuses. This healing journey underscored the significance of self-worth and the transformative power of acknowledging one's intuitive abilities.

My mediumship extended beyond personal healing; it became a bridge to assist law enforcement. Partnering with detectives, I utilized my abilities to aid in solving cases, providing closure to grieving families. This collaboration culminated in co-founding the National Institute for Law and Justice alongside a retired NYPD detective. Our mission is to support families of missing or murdered loved ones, especially those unable to afford private investigations.

The ripple effect of embracing intuition permeated my family life. My children, Natalie and Gracie, observed my journey and, in turn, learned to trust their own intuitive senses. Fostering an environment where intuition is valued has empowered them to navigate life's complexities with confidence and insight.

In sharing my story, I aim to inspire others to honor their intuitive gifts. Embracing these abilities can lead to profound healing, enhanced self-worth, and the courage to confront past traumas. Trusting your intuition is not merely a personal journey but a transformative path that can impact families and communities alike.

Remember, your intuitive gifts are a gateway to healing and self-discovery. Embrace them, trust them, and allow them to guide you toward a life enriched with authenticity and purpose.
